Refund policy

Due to the custom, personal-use nature of press‑on nails, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Exceptions (If You Want to Allow Any)

We only offer a replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The order is missing items

To qualify, customers must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Keep all original packaging

If approved, a replacement will be sent. Refunds are not issued under any circumstance unless required by law.

Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color differences due to screen display

  • Wear-and-tear after application

  • Incorrect application by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production or packing has begun.
